We need these moments of stillness to slow us down, to see our lives as
they really are and to make changes our heart & soul desire.
Our goal is to teach you how to create a safe space internally to allow you to feel open
and willing to identify and let go of what is holding you down,
holding you back, or debilitating you.
Our sessions are created to soften the thorns that are preventing you
from seeing your true self, through the lens of self empowerment.
Using movement, dialog, mindfulness, conscious breathing techniques,
along with water and sound frequency healing.
The time to make time for yourself is now.
Using holistic and world renowned practices such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy/Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
Sharing the tools to help guide you through the day to day stressors by reducing stress, anxiety, depression, worries, tension, self doubt and toxic cycles Improving self awareness, mood, self worth, trauma coping symptoms, and a better understanding of our emotional body.
Feel
If you’re the type that avoids stretching because it can feel oddly emotional, It might not even register as emotion at first, It might just feel like a deep, disquieting sense of profound discomfort.
Slowly unraveling the layers to soften the body, so once you can identify what’s going on in your mind when you’re stretching, it can be easier to stay engaged.
As you work through the emotions, your body will feel the urge to move or twitch, engaging fluidity through out. We encourage those movements. Stretching through the emotional barriers and achieving emotional release not only for less tension, but also less sadness, anger and rumination.

Breathe
Our Sessions focus on a series of mind-body connection modalities. Quieting the mind, allowing engagement between your conscious mind and the coping mind. Providing expansion for energy flow through the breath, being aware of your thoughts and navigating the feelings of your internal body and the emotions, or lack there of.
Different breathing techniques are incorporated, feeling the movement of contraction and expansion in a physical reaction as well as emotional. Sinking deeper, back into your connection to self and physically feeling how important it is for our entire body to connect, to breathe and to be relaxed.
Calm
Soothing singing bowl frequencies boast the space to aid in release, providing a sense of ease through out. The vibration aligns your chakra energies, and allows the continuous flow of Qi and other stagnancy. We are often met with these blockages or disruptions because of our work, the food we eat, the thoughts we have, or the people we surround ourselves with.
Constant ignorance to these signs may bring on pain, a weakened immune system, mood swings and mood disorders. It's important to realize that while such blockage causes diminished nervous system integrity in one organ or body part, it may also cause excessive buildup in another area.
Creating total imbalance in the body; Sometimes perpetuating total imbalance to your external choices.
This Somatic Experience allows the entire system to begin to reach audial homeostasis, once in this parasympathetic state, the body begins to heal and release those stored emotions or unresolved traumas.
Working with your body facilitating this process, to help the flow of thoughts, urges of movement or emotions to be safely felt, and move through you.
