Sacred Soaks Experience

— Full Body Somatic Integration Healing —


This 3+ hour experience includes a beautiful blend of mindfulness and compassion based
therapies.

We spend the first half of the session focused on a series of mind-body connection establishments.

Stretching out tension, focusing on heart and womb opening. Quieting the mind and allowing engagement of your entire body and conscious mind to connect and receive. This is providing space within the body for energy to flow you, allowing emotions and feelings to release, or identifying the lack there of.

Different breathing techniques are then incorporated. For possibly the first time, you will have a conscious feeling of the contraction and expansion in a physical reaction as well as emotional. Allowing you to sink deeper into your connection to self and physically feeling how important it is for our entire body to be connected to your breath.

We take this for granted in our day to day, I bet you’re shallow breathing right now and didn’t even notice. Take a deep breath, in through your nose, hold for 4 seconds, let it out with a sigh… Feel your shoulder drop and tension release. That is just a small fraction of the release you will feel at a Sacred Soaks Experience.

During the breathwork, soothing singing bowl frequencies boast the space to aid in this release, providing a sense of ease throughout as the vibration aligns your chakra energies, and allows the disruption of emotional stagnancy held within the body.
We are often met with these blockages of a balanced flow of our nervous system, because of stress, worries, our work, the food we eat, the thoughts we have, or the people we surround ourselves with.

Constant ignorance to these signs may bring on pain, a weakened immune system, or emotional outbursts. It's important to realize, that while such blockages can cause diminished nervous system integrity in one organ or body part, it may also cause excessive buildup in another area. Creating total imbalance in the body. Such as hormonal imbalances, and emotional distress.

This Total Body Somatic Experience allows the entire system to begin to slow down inside and out, and once in this parasympathetic state, the body begins to heal and release those stored emotions or unresolved traumas.

We work with your body to facilitate this process, to help the flow of thoughts, urges of movement or emotions to be safely felt, and to move through you..

Now that we have your body in a receiving and healing state, you can fully experience the warmth and release Sacred Soaks offers.
The moment you step into the waters you feel the weight, stress and tension drain from your head all the way down to your feet.
The attached burdens, toxic patterns and trauma release from you. Creating this feeling of weightlessness, yet also feeling extremely grounded in the water.

When our mind and our body feel safe to just be as we are, it opens our hearts to be feel felt and to feel seen.
We need these moments of stillness to slow us down, to see our lives from a different lens and to make the changes our hearts desire. If we are at a constant state of Go, hustle and grind, how do we clearly see the beauty around us, or the toxic patterns we have been perpetuating or protecting?

Our goal is to create a safe container to allow you to feel open and willing to identify and to let go of what is holding you down, holding you back, or debilitating you from living the life you desire and deserve.
