Embodiment
“We have been conditioned to think that when a Woman has power around her body, she’s considered evil, bad or damaged, that’s just not a narrative I subscribe to.”

Knowing my art is beautifully aligned from the inside to out, and expressing it, is not shameful.
How it is perceived by the viewer is where the shame lies.
The opinions of others have nothing to with me and my healing journey, unless it’s to no longer feel judgement from them.
Weed out the Lower Frequencies from your life by staying centered in your love for yourself and giving yourself grace at each waking moment.
Everything beautifully aligned for you, falls into place each time you honor yourself and stay in your power.

We must stop chasing what does not belong, stop over thinking + ruminating, and we must stop our fears + anxieties from running our life.
Most importantly, we must stop caring what others think.
Their negative opinions, are only reflections of wounds they refuse to see + heal in themselves.
I see their pain through their choices.
I see their hurt through the words they share.
I see them, with complete compassion and love.
I See them, as I wish to be seen.
We all have a story; no one’s is better, it’s just different.
Be Raw, Be Vulnerable, Be as You are.
